By downloading, installing, or using the MyBiasLife mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MyBiasLife is a mobile application designed to help users track their K-pop and idol fan activities. The App allows users to:
- Log and organize fan activities such as concerts, merchandise purchases, and fan meetings
- Create and manage groups and bias information
- Sync data across devices using iCloud
- View statistics and insights about their fan activities
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to infringe upon the rights of others
- Not transmit any harmful or malicious code through the App
4. Data and Privacy
Your data and privacy are important to us. The App stores your fan activity data locally on your device and syncs it through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your personal data. For detailed information about how we handle data, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyBiasLife and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Data synchronization will always work perfectly
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBiasLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
8. App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and MyBiasLife, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
